Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
You can return an item for a refund to your original payment method or in the form of Store Credit (minus return shipping costs). We also offer pickup services for an additional fee. Learn more about our easy online return process.
We will do our best to refund your item within 48 hours from the time it arrives at our HQ. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to land back in your account. We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase.
Our return policy is slightly different for some products and special-occasion purchases:
Large Appliance Return Policy
You can return a large appliance within 14 days of delivery as long as it hasn’t been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your appliance is installed, it can’t be returned.
We send your orders directly from the country where the products are produced to insure the best price possible. In many cases products are sent directly from China whereby the delivery time is a little bit longer. Generally your parcel should arrive around 12 to 20 working days. If you are waiting for longer than 20 working days, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team on the following working day so we can find a solution as soon as possible for you: info@homesnugs.com. Please ensure you get in touch with our team as a matter of urgency so we can ensure we can help locate your parcel before couriers choose to abandon the parcel.

Use the returns document, that we will send you as a PDF file to ship the item back to us. Please note, this is not a free shipping label.
We advise that you please retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Home Snugs is not covered or reimbursed by us.
